We are looking for answers to the following question: How would you convince your administrators that you need HI-IQ? 

Think about your answer from the perspective that you already know what you know about HI-IQ, but your site doesn't have HI-IQ just yet.  Deep down you understand the value HI-IQ brings to you and your department, but how would you convey that value to the individuals who would approve the purchase?  What would you have to do to ensure that your department is utilizing HI-IQ by the end of the year?
